Ashtanga Half Primary

A traditional Sanskrit counted class which includes two types of Sun Salutation, standing postures, seated postures, backbends, shoulderstand, headstand and three closing postures. 

If you are not familiar with Ashtanga Yoga and are new to yoga then it is a good idea to start off with the beginners course. 
If you are experienced in yoga but not familiar with Ashtanga Yoga then you are welcome to come along and give it a try. 

Please feel free to rest at any time. You can join Joyce on Friday lunchtime online or attend a class in person or via live stream via the studios that they teach in.
